To whitelist your bank account, log in to our PayMate app or web platform, navigate to the virtual account settings >> whitelisted account option >> add your bank account details. We will verify that the account belongs to you and whitelist this account. Once whitelisted, you can use this account to transfer funds to your virtual account.
