A user logs into PayMate platform using the following link https://paymate.in/Login.aspx landing onto the below snapshot screen. Using their credentials, email id and password, the user continues to log in.
In case a user forgets the password to PayMate, they can simply click on Forgot Password? To set a new password.
On the forgot password screen, the user is required to provide a registered email address. An OTP is shared to the provided email address for authentication.
On the enter OTP screen, the user needs to enter the 6 digit OTP received on their registered email address. Here, the user also has the option to change email address for new password creation.
On successful OTP, the user is directed to the Set New Password screen with password policy instructions for setting a secured password.
On successful password setup the user is directed to the login screen with a toast message Password setup successfully. User logs into PayMate with a registered email id and newly setup password.
