All the payments made to vendors or suppliers are recorded under Payments report in detail. You can filter the data based on the company, pay from, type of payment, settlement status, request type and date range etc.
Upon clicking on the "View" option in the Actions column, you can view the complete history of the transaction. It helps you track the transaction at every stage & it becomes easier to follow-up with the respective user to process the transaction from his end.
The export file contains the following details:
Company Name | Name of the Business who is making the payment. |
Reference Code | Reference Code shared by the business against each contact for their internal reference/ identification. |
Contact A/c Number | Beneficiary account number to which the payment is done. |
Contact IFS Code | Beneficiary IFS code to which the payment is done. |
Invoice Number | Invoice Number shared by the vendor against which business makes the payment. |
Invoice Date | Invoice Date shared by the vendor against which business makes the payment. |
Payment Terms | Payment terms shared by the vendor as mentioned on the invoice. |
Due Date | The date on which payment needs to be made. |
Remarks | Comments if any mentioned by the business. |
Transaction ID | Unique Transaction ID generated against each transaction. |
Transaction Date | Date on which the transaction is initiated. |
Payment From | Payment made to contact via Card / Net Banking / NEFT,RTGS / IMPS. |
Payment Through | Card Number / Bank details. |
Transfer Type | NEFT/RTGS |
Base Amount | Original amount without any discount/charges. |
Discount | Amount waived off by the business. |
TDS | Tax Deducted at Source. |
GST Type | CGST/SGST. |

Payable Amount | Actual amount to be paid to the vendor after adjusting discount and taxes. |
PG Charge | Charges calculated against each transaction initiated by the Business. |
PG Charge GST | Government taxes charged against the service. |
Bank Charge | Charges levied by the bank for each transaction initiated by the Business. |
Bank Charge GST | Government taxes charged against the service. |
Total Charges | Total of PG Charge and Bank Charge. |
Total Charges GST | Total of PG Charge GST and Bank Charge GST. |
Charged Amount | Total amount charged (Total Charges + Total Charges GST). |
Settlement Date | Date on which settlement is done to business settlement account. |
Bank Ref No | Unique Reference Number generated by the bank against each settlement done to business. |
Payment Type | Type of payment- Make Payment, Vendor Payment, Top-up. |
Status | Current status of the transaction. |
Settlement Amount | Amount settled to Business after deducting Service Charges and Taxes(if applicable). |
Status against each transaction is mentioned as per the below table:

Aborted | NIL | Transaction booked by Maker, but rejected by Checker /Approver / Payer / Admin for any reason. |
Awaiting Payment | Money received from customers, but settlement to business is pending. For all the Credit Card /Net Banking transactions settlement will be T+1 | Here business is making payment to his vendor through Credit Card /Net Banking. Amount is deducted from the card or bank account but not settled to vendor. This transaction settlement will be in T+1. |
Failed | Money received from customer, while settling to bank the transaction gets failed due to Invalid account number /IFSC Code /Wrong Expiry /Card Limit issue /Risk Denied etc. | Business is making payment to his vendor through Credit Card/Net Banking but got failed from bank due to Invalid account number /IFSC Code /Wrong Expiry /Card Limit issue /Risk Denied etc. |
Processing | NIL | Business making payment to is vendor through Credit Card/Net Banking, but the transaction got “time out” and hence the status is yet to be updated to Business. PayMate Finance Admin will check the status of this transaction through “Get Status” API and update. |
Sent to bank | Money received from customer, transaction processed from PayMate’s application to Business Bank Account. | When money is sent to bank from PayMate’s nodal account, bank gives and acknowledgement as “Sent to Bank” |
